Foodcourt 4 - Koufu/口福

Foodcourt 4, Koufu is a fully air-conditioned foodcourt with three levels. I decided on having the Ginger Beef with Rice at the Mini-Wok stall for my lunch

• The beef was full of flavor, it was pretty good. It had the right tenderness as well.
• The ingredients were scarce; both meat and vegetable. There was abundant sauce though.
• Vegetables? Well yeah, you can tell from the picture there wasn't much.
• I paid $3.50 for this dish... It would be more worth if there was a side or a soup.

The heightened price can't be blamed on them, I guess. Its a fully air-conditioned foodcourt after all. 3.5 out of 5.

FC4 Taiwan Food

So what is up with Taiwan food now a days.. since the old days.. which it first come to Singapore it was very popular. and so it has made its way to SP's food court.


The sweet potato fries.. nice but it really little in terms of portion.

Meat loaf.

Well the crust of it is really hard. well what can i say . it look like something from a poor man buns, where people eat in world war 2 that type of food. I am not saying its not nice. but i just seem that way to me.. thought food.

In side the meat was nice. but i seem the whole thing was like factory make. i still like the 1 where they hand make and bake on the spot and u eat it fresh.

Overall. do give it a try. at least once. if u never try it b4

love the way they present the dish
1 full egg at the bottom.
and noodles.. and lot of chicken at the top.
and this super nice gravy that just bring the nice favour in to the dish

noodle- love it not to hard and not too soft just nice with the touch.


chicken and hotdogs- they sure do give a generous potion of it. hotdog taste like hot dog. but the chicken were cook till very nice.
not too hard. and they suck up all the gravy in them

gravy - this nice black gravy make this whole dish . a real star not too salty with lot of taste.
